Employer Sponsored Membership Pricing
- $45 per employee
- If covering spouses/dependents
- Spouse $40
- Family (spouse and two children) $90
- Each additional child $10
* To qualify for employer discount, must have 5 or more employees enrolled, otherwise regular pricing will occur
* Monthly membership is covered 100% per employee/dependents or at your desired percentage. All other charges will be billed to the employee.
