Primary care is the cornerstone of good health. I am here to help keep you healthy and help you get back on track when needed. Together, we will create a health plan that works for you. This may include labs, medications, supplements, nutrition and exercise prescriptions and the need for diagnostic imaging. I will help coordinate all of this for you. 

Monthly membership fees include unlimited visits along with 24/7 access to me via phone calls, text & email.
